• You may cancel your premium subscription anytime via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Profile deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable once a subscription is activated.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A payment was made in error and no services were used.

  • A duplicate payment occurred.

Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
