In full compliance with Google Play Store User Data Policies, we support absolute data ownership. You can instantly delete your entire profile and associated user details directly within the mobile application by navigating to **Profile → Delete Account** or using the Danger Zone in **Settings**. Upon execution, your personal records, photos, and files are permanently purged.
1. Information We Collect
Dropso Matrimony collects information to facilitate secure matchmaking:
- Profile Information: Name, age, date of birth, gender, location, mother tongue, education, religion, and family details.
- Verification Records: Uploaded copies of government-issued identity documents (exclusively used for age and identity validation, stored in highly encrypted sectors, and never shared).
- Photos & Media: Public profile pictures and legal identity documents.
- Usage Logs: Account activity, matches, visitor logs, and complaints filed against profiles.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is processed to ensure system trust, security, and verification:
- To verify the authenticity of registrations and enforce our strict **18+ age restriction**.
- To match your preferences with compatible, verified matrimonial partners.
- To support our live moderator dashboard in identifying duplicates, suspensions, or suspicious activities.
- To contact you regarding customer support, verification calls, or billing requests.
3. Complete Account and Data Deletion
We provide a simple, automated process to request account and data removal:
- In-App Deletion: Inside the mobile app, navigate to **Profile**, tap the menu in the top right, select **Settings**, and tap **Delete Account** in the Danger Zone.
- Wipe Scope: When you delete your account, our servers immediately:
- Purge your profile fields (name, age, bio, matches, and logs).
- Delete your uploaded photos and legal document assets from physical storage.
- Remove your account details from all matching systems and active listings.
- Retention Policy: Standard database transactions are purged instantly. Backup configurations are automatically overwritten in cycles. Only specific billing and audit trail logs required for federal accounting compliance are retained, kept offline in secure databases.
- Manual Requests: If you cannot access the app, you may email a deletion request to dropsomatrimony@gmail.com from your registered email address along with your mobile number.
4. Data Protection & Security Controls
Dropso Matrimony utilizes standard network encryption protocols. All uploads of government verification cards are stored inside private directories and are locked from public internet access. We never sell, lease, or distribute your private contact details, emails, or government documentation to third-party marketing companies.
