By registering an account, installing the mobile application, or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be governed by these terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Dropso Matrimony enforces strict eligibility standards to maintain a safe, verified matrimonial environment:

3. Account Registration & Document Verification

To prevent fraud, duplication, and keep our community secure:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during profile creation.
• You are required to upload a legitimate government-issued document to verify your identity and legal age. Failure to provide verification documents will result in profile rejection or suspension.
• You may only maintain **one active profile** on Dropso Matrimony. Creating multiple duplicate accounts is grounds for an immediate and permanent ban.
• You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your credentials and are fully liable for all actions occurring under your account.

4. User Code of Conduct

You agree to interact respectfully with other members and behave ethically. You strictly **shall not**:

• Distribute, request, or engage in any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) as outlined in our **Child Safety Standards**.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or send abusive messages to other registered users.
• Post obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or inappropriate photographs.
• Solicit money, engage in financial scams, or attempt commercial advertisements.
• Post duplicate photos, register with fake identities, or impersonate other individuals.

5. Moderation and Termination

Dropso Matrimony reserves absolute discretion to monitor and moderate our platform:

• Our administrative moderation team reviews all profile updates, status changes, and uploaded photos.
• We reserve the right to suspend, warn, block, or permanently terminate your account without notice if we detect duplicate profiles, suspicious behavior, guideline violations, or receive complaints from multiple members.
• Upon termination, your account access will be revoked immediately. You may request account deletion at any time to purge your personal details from our servers in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dropso Matrimony acts as a matrimonial portal to match users based on preferences. While we verify identities through document checks, we do not perform full background investigations (criminal records, family behavior) of our members. You are advised to take appropriate precautions before meeting, contacting, or committing to any matched member.
